The October 7, 2003 game was a preseason game between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Detroit Pistons.  The Cavaliers defeated the Pistons 100-96.  LeBron scored 8 points and had 7 assists.  Cleveland's coach, Paul Silas, had Darius Miles at point guard while LeBron played small forward.  Miles played horribly and by the third quarter LeBron took over at the point guard position.
